<p class=MsoNormal>The Bursar has a final report of all students who should be
charged for the insurance premium and those who are exempted. They are
currently reviewing the reports and updating all student accounts. I do
appreciate your patience as this process has been problem filled and I am
currently considering a number of alternatives to eliminate the technology issues
we have had.<o:p></o:p></p>
