<p class=MsoNormal>It’s that time of year to begin making plans for the
annual Multicultural Festival, sponsored by the ISSO and AIS, scheduled for
Friday, April 9. We would like to invite <b><u><span style='color:red'>all
international student groups and any student(s)</span></u></b> to participate
in this year’s festival. <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>Last year’s participants for the culture/food booths included
the Thai, Indian, Chinese, African, Muslim, and Caribbean Student groups, the
Association of International Students, LULAC, as well as students from Nepal
and Saudi Arabia, and a student from Vietnam. This year we hope to include
many more cultures. <o:p></o:p></p>

<p class=MsoNormal>There are many different ways to participate including
carrying your nation’s flag in the parade of flags, setting up a cultural
booth and/or serve food from your culture, or participate in the talent show or
fashion show. <o:p></o:p></p>

<p class=MsoNormal>Please find attached the registration/information forms for group
registration, fashion show, and talent show. <b><u><span
style='color:red'>REGISTRATION FORMS ARE DUE NO LATER THAN MONDAY MARCH, 29 AT
5PM.</span></u></b> <o:p></o:p></p>

<p class=MsoNormal><b><span style='color:red'>The ISSO will reimburse groups up
to $400 for <u>food</u> purchases. Receipts must be itemized, legible,
and include date, supplier’s name and contact information.<o:p></o:p></span></b></p>
