wanted to apologize to those of you who provided your insurance in a timely

manner. Brenda was out for of the office and I was preparing to move
our office along with fulfilling other responsibilities</span></font><font

style='font-weight:bold'>In the future, I would strongly recommend always
submitting your insurance to the <a

opposed to bringing your insurance to the office or emailing your

reviewing our process and procedures to see how we may better serve our

submitted insurance for a year or longer and why was the hold still

proof of insurance must be submitted every semester and we only lift the
hold for a semester at a time.</span></font></u></b><font face=Arial><span
style='font-family:Arial'> We realize that some of you may have a
government scholarship that covers your insurance or you may purchase
insurance for longer than one semester. We recommend you contact us
via email prior to early registration each semester to remind us or
provide a copy of your current insurance.</span></font><font color=red
face=Arial><span style='font-family:Arial;color:red'> </span></font><b><font
face=Arial><span style='font-family:Arial;font-weight:bold'>Insurance can
be submitted up to a week before class registration for each semester so I
strongly urge you not to wait until the last minute.</span></font></b><font

bold'>TOO MANY</span></font></u></b><font face=Arial><span
style='font-family:Arial'> students </span></font><font color="#1f497d"

face=Arial><span style='font-family:Arial'> to the last minute and brought
their insurance in with the expectation that it would be lifted
immediately. </span></font><b><i><u><font color=red face=Arial><span

stated on the website, please allow at least one business day for the hold
to be lifted but in most cases the hold will be lifted by the end of the
day the insurance is provided. </span></font></u></i></b><b><font

Arial;font-weight:bold'>You are notified by email each and every semester
of the process so please do not wait until the last minute to submit your
