partnership with other international student groups sponsors the Multicultural
Festival. This year’s festival will be on Friday, April 10, 2009
with a tentative time of 11am-3pm in the <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:PlaceName
w:st="on">Sam</st1:PlaceName> <st1:PlaceName w:st="on">Rayburn</st1:PlaceName>
<st1:PlaceName w:st="on">Student</st1:PlaceName> <st1:PlaceType w:st="on">Center</st1:PlaceType></st1:place>.
There are many different ways to participate in the festival including carrying
your countries flag in the parade of flags, volunteering, serving food native
to your country, setting up an exhibit to share your culture, or participating
in the culture show. I would like to encourage students from all nations
to represent their country at the festival this year. This semester we
have a number of countries whose student population has grown on-campus and we
welcome all participants. We will provide more details for signing up
