12.0pt'>The DSO in the International Students Services will complete the SEVIS
registration and reporting of all international students currently enrolled
at Texas A&M University-Commerce for fall 06 by 5 pm this Friday (9/22/06).

12.0pt'><o:p> </o:p></span></font></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><font size=3 face="Times New Roman"><span style='font-size:
12.0pt'>It is the responsibility of all international students to maintain
their full time enrollment in fall or spring semesters.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><font size=3 face="Times New Roman"><span style='font-size:
12.0pt'>Please check your most current class schedule and enrollment to see if
you are in compliance with the F-1 regulations: <o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

face="Times New Roman"><span style='font-size:12.0pt'>all undergrad students
are required to maintain at least 12 credit hours (9 hours of face-to-face

face="Times New Roman"><span style='font-size:12.0pt'>all grad students
are required to maintain at least 9 credit hours (6 hours of face-to-face
courses and only 3 hours of Internet course)<o:p></o:p></span></font></li>

face="Times New Roman"><span style='font-size:12.0pt'>if this is your last
semester and you have filed for graduation, you are allowed to be enrolled
in less than your required hours <b><span style='font-weight:bold'>BUT still
only 3 hours of Internet course is allowed</span></b>, you cannot take more
than 3 hours of Internet course, even this is your last semester<o:p></o:p></span></font></li>

more than your required credit hours but are maintaining your required
face-to-face credit hours then you can take more than 3 hours of Internet

above, you will be registered in SEVIS as “active student in legal status”.

12.0pt'>If you find that you are not in compliance with F-1 regulations stated
above, you must make changes in your enrollment schedule with the academic
adviser of your degree before Friday (9/22/06) or you will be in violation of
F-1 regulations and be terminated by SEVIS. Once you are terminated by SEVIS,
you will become out-of-status and are no longer eligible for CPT or OPT
application.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
