     February 10, 2006. Contact the registrar office directly for information

     February 20 through May1, 2006. Call the International Student Services

all documents ready in your hands when coming for your appointment.</span></font></p>

processed if any of the required documents is missing on the appointment day.</span></font></p>

style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial'>ALL students who want to apply for
OPT should come in person to the ISS office. Requesting your friend to come on
your behalf is not recommended because it could cause a delay in the process
and mailing time. The Immigration Service Center will reject the OPT
application received without the student's own signature and/or when the
OPT application arrives at the Service Center after the deadline due to delay
in mailing.</span></font></p>
