Dear Students,

We are excited to invite you to Welcoming Ramadan 2023, sponsored by the Office of International Programs! This event is a wonderful opportunity to come together, learn about Islam and Ramadan, enjoy Middle Eastern food, and celebrate the beginning of this special time.

The Muslim Student Association (MSA) is thrilled to be hosting this event, and we have planned an exciting program for you. The Imam (Messenger) will be joining us at the Pavilion at 12 p.m. and will give a speech on Islam Religion and Ramadan. You will learn about the five pillars of Islam, the significance of Ramadan, and how Muslims all over the world celebrate this holy month. Islamic music will be played throughout the event, creating a lively atmosphere for everyone to enjoy.

The Office of International Programs (OIP) is generously sponsoring this event, and they have also arranged for Middle Eastern food to be served. The International Student Association (ISA) is promoting the event and volunteering to ensure that everything runs smoothly.

Welcoming Ramadan 2023 will take place on March 22, 2023, at the Pavilion, from 12 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. Food will be served from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. We expect this event to be a great success, and we hope that you will join us to celebrate.
