[Intl-stu] IMPORTANT: FALL 2021 Student Enrollment Requirements

Dear International Lions:

The Office of International Programs at Texas A&M University-Commerce (A&M-Commerce) hope that you are doing well.

On April 26th, the Department of Homeland Security's Student Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP) released new information regarding Fall 2021. Because A&M-Commerce is expected to return to normal on-campus course offerings in Fall 2021, A&M-Commerce F1 and J1 students will no longer have COVID-19 allowances for majority online classes. This means that standard enrollment requirements will be in effect for all F1 international students in Fall 2021.

ISSS wants to make sure you have information about potential immigration requirements for Fall 2021.  ISSS strongly advises all international students on F-1 student visas follow pre-COVID standard immigration regulations when registering for classes for the Fall.
