[Intl-stu] IMPORTANT INFORMATION: COVID-19 Travel Requirements For Our International Lions!

[International Students]

Dear International Lions:



We hope that you are doing well and keeping safe! The Office of International Affairs would like to remind you that if you are traveling from an international country before arriving to A&M-Commerce you must follow certain protocols.



If you are Vaccinated:

*         You must submit proof of vaccination.

*         You must also test 3-5 days after arrival to the U.S.

*         Email your vaccination record and the test results to COVID.Vaccine at tamuc.edu<mailto:COVID.Vaccine at tamuc.edu>

*         Attached is the list of vaccination that A&M-Commerce has approved.



If you are Unvaccinated:

*         After you arrive to the U.S. you must get tested within 3 to 5 days and must self-quarantine for full 7 days.

*         Email your test results to COVID.Vaccine at tamuc.edu<mailto:COVID.Vaccine at tamuc.edu>

*         If do not plan to get tested you must self-quarantine for full 10 days. Please email Emergency Operation Center at EOC at tamuc.edu<mailto:EOC at tamuc.edu> if you plan not to test COVID-19 test.



If you are living On-Campus at the Residence Halls

*         Prior to your arrival to the United States you must notify Residential living & Learning<http://www.tamuc.edu/campuslife/housing/default.aspx> at RLLCOVID at tamuc.edu<mailto:RLLCOVID at tamuc.edu> for information and guidance on your housing and quarantine.



Failure to follow protocol may deny your attendance classes and delay on your request for on-campus housing.
