[Intl-stu] Incident on Campus

[International Students]

[International Programs-01]
02/03/2020

Dear International Students:
Due to some incident on campus, we heard day and evening classes were canceled for today, and that students, faculty and staff were asked to shelter in place. We hope you are all safe.

We also heard the news about our university was on CNN (not sure if it is true or not). Peradventure your parents saw the news, it will not hurt to call or email home to let them know you are safe on campus.

Feel free to reach out to us in case you wish to speak with a Designated School Official (DSO), or, if you need counseling, please reach out to the Counselling Center immediately. The Office of International Programs (OIP) is open today until 5 pm. We are all here for you.

Dr. Titi Adewale
On behalf of the OIP Team
