***Travel Signature Requests***

Good afternoon students! As we all know the holidays are fast approaching.  If you are planning on traveling out of the country, we advise you to stop by our office to request a travel signature on your I-20.  There will not be any DSO's on campus from November 20th-23rd.  If you are needing a travel signature we ask that you submit your request no later than 1pm Friday, November 16th .  Please see the attached travel signature request forms for your convenience.
