The Office of International Student & Scholar Services offers Advising Hours<http://www.tamuc.edu/campusLife/campusServices/internationalStudentServices/contactUs.aspx> each day in Halladay 104.  Please see the schedule below.  Advising hours will be cancelled during ISSS hosted events.  For the ISSS schedule for this semester go to Spring 2017 Schedule<http://www.tamuc.edu/campusLife/campusServices/internationalStudentServices/default.aspx> and look under Announcements.    The ISSS staff will not be available during non-advising hours so please be sure to visit us (or call us) during posted advising hours if you would like to visit to a staff member.

During advising hours an ISSS staff member will be available to assist students with general questions or concerns.  Students may also call the ISSS at 903-886-5097 or Skype to TAMUCISSSO to speak with an ISSS staff member during advising hours.  Please note:

*        The majority of student questions and concerns may be addressed during advising hours

*        Students may not use advising hours for travel signatures, letters requests, or to replace normal ISSS procedures or processing times

*        Students may be referred to the ISSS website if their question or concern is addressed through an online resource

*        ISSS staff members will not be available during non-advising hours...please be sure to visit (or call) the ISSS during our posted advising hours if you like to speak to a staff member
