The Office of International Student & Scholar Services (ISSS) will host Travel Signature Weeks during the dates listed below this semester. We will also host travel information sessions for students in November and December and you may go to Travel Info Session Registration<http://bit.ly/2dMIE8p> for more information:
* October 31 through November 4 from 1:30pm-4pm each day
* November 28 through December 2 from 1:30pm-4pm each day
Students planning to travel outside the U.S. over the Thanksgiving or Christmas breaks may visit the ISSS in Halladay 104 during the Travel Signature Weeks between 1:30pm-4pm to receive a travel signature while they wait. The travel signature weeks are the only times the ISSS will process travel signature requests while students wait. Any travel signature requests received outside of the dedicated travel signature weeks will be processed within the normal ISSS processing time.
The travel signature is on the 2nd page of the I-20 and is valid for 12 months from the date of the signature on the 2nd page for re-entry. A travel signature is not required to DEPART the U.S. but a valid travel signature (within past 12 months) is required to RE-ENTER the U.S. For more information go to ISSS Travel Resources<http://www.tamuc.edu/campusLife/campusServices/internationalStudentServices/travelinformation.aspx>. Below are the documents required for a travel signature request:
* Travel Signature Request Form<http://www.tamuc.edu/campusLife/campusServices/internationalStudentServices/documents/TravelSignatureRequestFormSp16.pdf>
* Copy of passport, visa and I-94
