[Intl-stu] FW: Travel Signature Weeks in November and December

[International Students]

Students who may be traveling or will be traveling outside the U.S. after November 12 may visit the ISSS between 1pm-4pm on the dates listed below and receive a travel signature while they wait.  Please be sure to complete the Travel Request Signature form at http://bit.ly/1rNGPFf BEFORE you visit the ISSS:

*        Monday, November 9 through Thursday, November 12

*        Monday, November 30 through Friday, December 4

*        Students will need to request their I-20 travel signature in person (no friends or family members)

PLEASE NOTE students traveling outside the U.S. after November 12 will need to request their travel signature during the dedicated Travel Signature Weeks listed above.  Given our record international student enrollment this fall semester  of over 900 students the ISSS will only be processing travel signature requests for students traveling after November 12 during the dedicated Travel Signature Weeks.   Be sure to set aside time to visit the ISSS to request a travel signature.

Due to the high number of emergency travel signature requests by students the past few weeks any student requesting an emergency travel signature outside the dedicated Travel Signature Weeks in November and December will be required to provide additional documentation to verify the emergency and a copy of their travel itinerary confirming the departure date.
