Just a reminder, there is a festival information meeting on Thursday, March 12 at 4pm in the ISSO in Halladay 104.  If your group plans to participate in the festival please be sure to attend the information meeting if your group hasn't already.

Just a reminder that there will be a Multicultural Festival meeting today at 2pm in Halladay 104.  We encourage all international students to participate in the annual Multicultural Festival.  Any group that will participate in the festival will need to attend one of the information meetings.  The next meetings will be on March 12 at 4pm and March 24 at 2pm.

Subject: [Intl-stu] FW: Multicultural Festival Registration Forms due Friday, March 15

Please find attached the registration forms for the Multicultural Festival on Tuesday, March 31 beginning at 5pm in the Rayburn Student Center Conference Rooms.  We have included registration forms for display table, talent show, and fashion show.  ALL REGISTRATION FORMS ARE DUE BY FRIDAY, MARCH 15 AT 5PM.   Students may also participate in the festival by volunteering or carrying their countries flag during the parade of flags earlier in the day on March 31.  We will send out more information about volunteering and the parade of flags soon.

For groups that will serve food at this year's festival please note that there have been some changes to the process and requirements with the ISSO.  The ISSO will reimburse groups up to $600 for food purchased for the festival.  Groups are also required to go through food handling training and the ISSO can assist groups as needed.

The ISSO will host mandatory information sessions for all participants of the festival (display table, talent show participants, and fashion show participants) on the following dates and times.  PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL PARTICIPANTS FOR THE FESTIVAL INCLUDING GROUPS SETTING UP A DISPLAY TABLE AND PARTICIPANTS IN THE TALENT OR FASHION SHOW MUST ATTEND ONE (1) OF THE SESSIONS BELOW.  Please note that groups are only required to attend one (1) of the sessions listed below.  All sessions will be located in the ISSO in Halladay 104.

*         Wednesday, February 25 at 4pm

*         Tuesday, March 3 at 2pm

*         Thursday, March 12 at 4pm

*         Tuesday, March 24 at 2pm
