[Intl-stu] Insurance charges have been added! PLEASE REVIEW

[International Students]

The ISSO has finalized the insurance charges on all student's accounts for spring 2015.  Please be sure to review your account to ensure accuracy.  If you have any questions please email Dawn.McPherson at tamuc.edu<mailto:Dawn.McPherson at tamuc.edu>.

All international students (F visa, J visa, H visa, etc...) are required to enroll in the System Student Health Insurance Plan (SSHIP) unless they meet one of the System allowed limited exceptions.  For more information go to http://www.tamuc.edu/campusLife/campusServices/internationalStudentServices/insurance.aspx.

All students who meet one of the A&M System allowed exceptions may submit their waiver information at https://tamuc.myahpcare.com/waiver.

*        THE DEADLINE TO SUBMIT YOUR WAIVER IS JANUARY 30.  The waiver form was temporarily closed but has been reopened.

*        Only waivers that meet the A&M System allowed exceptions will be processed. DO NOT SUBMIT A WAIVER UNLESS YOU MEET ONE OF THE SYSTEM ALLOWED EXCEPTIONS.

*        Please allow AHP up to 7 business days to process your waiver request.   After Friday, February 6 the ISSO WILL NOT remove any insurance charges.
