Lion Cousins Every new friend is a new adventure…
the start of more memories…. (Patrick Lindsay)
Are you interested in getting to know about the different cultures that are represented on our campus? Would you like to make a friend from a different Country?
Join us on February, 11th 2015, Wednesday at 5:00pm in the McDowell Administration Building (BA) Room 343 as we kick off the Lion Cousins program. Come enjoy free food, fun, and games while learning about Lion Cousin Program. Students may sign up for the Lion Cousins program on this day .
Lion Cousins is a Mentor Program set up to help students learn about the different cultures represented on campus. American and International students will be paired up for either one semester or for the academic year. Lion Cousin participants are expected to meet with their “cousin” twice a month for lunch, dinner, or just to hang out! This is a great way to learn about the different culture who are presented here at Texas A&M-Commerce and also to broaden your knowledge about different Countries.
If you are unable to attend the meeting please stop by the ISSO in Halladay 104 to complete an application. Applications are due in the ISSO in Halladay 104 by February 27th 2015 .
