The International Student Services Office will have walk-in times for I-20 travel signatures on the dates and times listed below for students who plan to travel outside the U.S. during Thanksgiving or during the semester break in December.
During the following dates and times students may come to the ISSO in Halladay 104 with their original I-20 (most recently issued) AND a completed Travel Signature Request form at http://www.tamuc.edu/CampusLife/CampusServices/internationalStudentServices/documents/TravelSignatureCurrentStudents.pdf. An International Student Advisor will review your documents and sign your I-20 while you wait:
*
Monday, November 10 through Thursday, November 13 each day from 1pm-4pm
*
Monday, December 1 through Friday, December 5 each day from 1pm-4pm
Students who request a travel signature outside of the dates and times listed above need to allow up to 5 business days for the ISSO to process the request. Please note that ONLY THE DATES AND TIMES LISTED ABOVE ARE DESIGNATED WALK-IN TIMES.
A travel signature is valid for one year from the date of the signature for students to re-enter the U.S. Please be sure to review your I-20’s last page to see if you have a travel signature or the date for the last travel signature. For students traveling outside the U.S. you will need to have the following documents to re-enter the U.S. For more information about traveling outside the U.S. go to http://www.tamuc.edu/CampusLife/CampusServices/internationalStudentServices/currentStudents/visa-and-travel-resources1/default.aspx:
