[Intl-stu] Online letter request form

[International Students]

The ISSO will issue the following types of letters for international students.  All request may be made through the online request form at http://www.tamuc.edu/CampusLife/CampusServices/internationalStudentServices/formsAndOnlineServices.aspx.  Please allow up to five business days for the ISSO to process your request:

  *   Verification of enrollment (please note these letters are not required to apply for driver's license or renew your visa).  For visa renewal, the official or unofficial transcript is recommended and may be printed from your myLEO.  For driver's license and state ID please go to http://www.tamuc.edu/CampusLife/CampusServices/internationalStudentServices/new-students/DriversLicenseStateID.aspx for more information.
  *   Concurrent enrollment letter for students who will enroll in courses at A&M-Commerce and another school.  Please contact the other school's international office to verify letter requirements.
  *   Invitation letter for family member to visit U.S.  Letter is only issued for immediate family and all are included on one letter (separate letters will not be issued).  Students must first be registered for graduation before a graduation invitation letter will be issued.  Please note the deadlines to submit your letter request on the form.
  *   Social security letter for students who have secured on-campus employment.

All letters, except the SSN letter, are emailed to the student's university email and are on department letterhead with signature.  Hard copies letters are not provided except for the SSN.
