[Intl-stu] Insurance waiver deadline Friday, January 17

[International Students]

This is a reminder that today is the deadline to submit the insurance
waiver for students with employment based insurance (spouse or family)
or students with a government scholarship with insurance (for
example...SACM).  

 

The ISSO will not process any waivers for employment based or government
scholarships and you will need to follow the instructions below to
submit your waiver information.  Students with GA insurance will be
waived by the System provider and will not need to apply for a waiver:  

*	Have your insurance card, benefit including exclusions, and
school ID ready
*	Go to https://www2.academichealthplans.com/school/212.html
<https://www2.academichealthplans.com/school/212.html> 
*	Login to the waiver system by using the following information:
Login is CWID and password is date of birth (mmddyyyy)
*	After entering your insurance information and attaching the
proof of insurance documents click "Submit"
*	For additional information call AHP Customer Service at (877)
624-7911 or email tamuwaiver at ahpcare.com <mailto:tamuwaiver at ahpcare.com>


 

Also, the $639 insurance charge will be placed on student accounts by
5pm this evening.  An email will be sent out to provide instructions for
making payment soon.
