[Intl-stu] Letters for family members to attend graduation

[International Students]

The ISSO will issue letters for students graduating the summer for
immediate family members (father, mother, sister, brother) to attend
graduation only after students have filed for graduation.  All letters
are issued via email and one letter is issued for all family members.

 

The Department of State and U.S. Consulates in multiple countries have
confirmed that these letters of invitation are not required or reviewed
during the visa interview process.  Students may write their own letters
of invitation for family per Department of State recommendation.
