[Intl-stu] Practical Training Schedule and other Events for Spring 2014

[International Students]

The ISSO has posted the schedule for the CPT and OPT workshops on the
ISSO website at www.tamuc.eduu/isso and select Upcoming Events. Please
note that we have adjusted the requirement for students to attend the
OPT workshop to include one of their last two semester at A&M-Commerce
before graduation.

The ISSO plans to host appointments at Rockwall again this spring
semester and the scheduled will be announce soon. Students living in
the Rockwall and DFW metropolitan area are encouraged to contact the
ISSO to provide input as we plan the schedule for appointments.

The ISSO is also planning to host the Spring Break San Antonio Trip
again this year for all current A&M-Commerce international students.
The tentative dates are Sunday, March 9 through Thursday, March 13. The
cost will be determined later and students will sign up and make payment
online with a credit/debit card or electronic check.

The Multicultural Festival is scheduled for Tuesday, April 1 in the
evening at the Rayburn Student Center 2nd floor. Student groups are
encouraged to begin to make plans now for this annual festival that
attracted over 1000 people last year.
