[Intl-stu] Speaker Forum Commerce Rotary Club

[International Students]

Hello,

I would like to formally invite International/Foreign Students to come
and learn about Rotary and visit our club. Rotary International ,
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rotarians
<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rotarians> , is a service organization in
over 34,000 communities worldwide with over 1,2 million members working
to eradicate polio, provide clean water, promote literacy and many more
service projects. The Commerce Rotary Club members are a diverse group
made up from the local business and residential community and TAMU
faculty.

I would like to have one international student attend each of our
meetings and take about 5 minutes to talk about themselves We meet
weekly on Wednesdays at 12:00 Noon until 1:00 PM at the Church of Christ
Community Center on Culver Street and we will provide the student a
free lunch.

This is a great opportunity for the international students to meet local
community leaders and members of the TAMUC faculty and learn about
International Rotary. The Rotary club can potentially affect their
lives.

The students can contact me directly so that I can arrange the
schedule.. If they have any questions they can call me at the below
listed telephone numbers or send me an e-mail.at <http://e-mail.at>
khclauss at gmail.com <mailto:khclauss at gmail.com> .

I am convinced that the student will benefit greatly from this
experience and I am looking forward to hearing from the international
students at Texas A&M University-Commerce.

Please contact me, Karl Clauss, as soon as possible to set up your
appointment to join us for lunch, tell the club about your self, and
learn about Rotary international.
