Please note that if you come to the ISSO in person to request a travel
signature for your I-20 an international advisor may not be available to
sign your I-20. It may take 1-3 business days to process a travel
signature request. If an advisor is available then we will process the
request but understand that we review a number of things before we sign
the I-20 which takes some time.

We understand that some students may come from Dallas which is why we
provide an option to mail the I-20 to you once it has been signed.
Please be sure to make your request to our office in a timely manner
(recommended 2 weeks before you travel) to allow at least 1-3 business
days to process your request. If you live in the Dallas area and do not
travel to Commerce very often than we recommend following the
instructions to mail your I-20 in for the travel signature or drop off
your I-20 and we will mail the I-20 to you.
