[Intl-stu] President's picnic this evening at 5:30

[International Students]

Just a reminder that Dr. and Mrs. Jones has invited all international
students to their home this evening, Wednesday, October 19 for a picnic
beginning at 5:30.  The ISSO will provide a free shuttle for students.
Please do not drive your personal vehicle due to very limited parking
space on the grounds.  The event will be outside so we recommend
bringing a jacket.  There will be vegetarian options for students with
special dietary needs.  

 

The shuttle will pick up students in front of the McDowell
Administration (BA) building beginning at 5:15 and the shuttle will run
until around 5:45.  Once you arrive in front of the BA building please
wait for one of the three shuttles to come by.  The return shuttle to
campus will begin no later than 7pm as we are aware some students may
have class that evening.  The Jones lives about 5 minutes from campus.
