[Intl-stu] Please be sure to attend the International Picnic at the President's home

[International Students]

Just a reminder that Dr. and Mrs. Jones are hosting a picnic for all
international students at their home on Wednesday, October 19 beginning
at 5:30pm.  Dr. and Mrs. Jones along with the university deans, and
other guests will also be in attendance.  The ISSO will have sign-up in
our office in Halladay 104 and students will need to sign-up in person
so we may have an accurate count of who will attend.  Please sign up by
Monday, October 17 so we may provide an accurate number of attendees.   

 

The ISSO will provide a free shuttle for students to the president's
home which is just a few minutes from campus beginning at 5:15pm.  It is
requested that students not drive their personal vehicles to the
president's home.  The free shuttle will meet in front of the McDowell
Administration (BA) building beginning at 5:15pm and will run until
around 5:45pm.  We understand that some students will have class that
evening and we will begin a return shuttle no later than 7pm.  Please
make plans to join the Joneses and other guests for the annual
international picnic.
