[Intl-stu] President Picnic on October 19

[International Students]

Dr. Dan Jones, President and CEO of A&M-Commerce, and Mrs. Jones would
like to invite ALL international students (new and current international
students) to their residence for the annual international picnic on
Wednesday, October 19 beginning at 5:30pm.  

 

The ISSO will have sign-up in our office in Halladay 104 and students
will need to sign-up in person beginning today, Tuesday, October 11 so
we may have an accurate count of who will attend.  Please be sure to
sign up for the picnic at the ISSO as soon as possible.    There will be
vegetarian options for students with special dietary needs.  

 

The ISSO will provide a free shuttle for students to the president's
home which is just a few minutes from campus beginning at 5:15pm.  It is
requested that students not drive their personal vehicles to the
president's home.  The free shuttle will meet in front of the McDowell
Administration (BA) building beginning at 5:15pm and will run until
around 5:45pm.  We understand that some students will have class that
evening and we will begin a return shuttle no later than 7pm.  Please
make plans to join the Joneses and other guests for the annual
international picnic.
