[Intl-stu] Good Neighbor Scholarship update

[International Students]

Only students from the following countries are eligible for the Good
Neighbor Scholarship per the sponsor, the Texas Higher Education
Coordinating Board, policy.  

 

If your country of birth AND country of residence (will return to
country of residence when your academic program/OPT is completed) IS NOT
on the list then you ARE NOT ELIGIBLE and your application WILL NOT be
considered.
