[Intl-stu] Insurance update

[International Students]

I spoke with the Bursar's office this morning and they have been working
through some of the reports and emails I have been forwarding.  I have
been keeping in touch with them to figure out the fast and easiest way
to get them any information they may need.    

 

I would ask for your continued patience as the Bursar works through the
information we have provided.  We are expecting more wintery weather
tomorrow and there is a possibility the university may experience more
weather related closures.  Obviously this would further delay any
attempts to update accounts.  I cannot provide any expected deadline of
when the accounts will be updated but I do understand the necessity to
resolve this as soon as possible for a number of reasons.    

 

Again, I do apologize for all of the issues we have had and I am
considering many different options in the future to avoid this kind of
technology breakdown in the university system.
