[Intl-stu] Students applying for OPT

We have recently updated the G1145 form on our website for students
applying for OPT.  This form is a request to receive notification when
USCIS has received your application.   If you have an appointment for
12-month or 17-month OPT extension please be sure to use this updated
G1145 when you are applying.  Please visit our OPT information section
