Just a reminder that the deadline to sign up for the Six Flags trip is Thursday, April 21 by 5pm in the ISSO in Halladay 104.  The trip is scheduled for Saturday, April 30.  The cost for the trip is $32 (exact change ONLY), students must sign up in person, and payment is required at the time you sign up and is non-refundable.  Please see below for more information.

The International Student Services office will be sponsoring a trip to Six Flags on Saturday, April 30 for international students.  

 

For more information please see below:

·        The cost for the trip is $32 (Cash or money order only).  If you pay cash- EXACT CHANGE ONLY.  Money orders may be made out to AIS.  The ISSO will not keep change in the office so please bring exact change with you.  

·        Students must sign up IN PERSON at the ISSO.  No emails or phone calls and friends may not sign up friends.  You must make payment at the time you sign up to reserve your seat.  

·        We must have a minimum of 28 students and maximum of 53 students sign up for the trip.

·        Deadline to sign up is Thursday, April 21 at 5pm.  

·        There will be NO REFUND once a student has signed up.    

 

We will leave from campus at 8:30am SHARP by the Performing Arts Center (building #28) in parking lot C on the map at http://web.tamu-commerce.edu/aboutUs/contactUs/campusMapDirections/map/map.pdf.  We will return to campus by 11pm that evening.  Students who ride on the shuttle to Six Flags MUST return to Commerce.  

 

Food is available for purchase in the park but it is costly.  Students may bring a non-perishable sack/picnic lunch to leave on the buses and the ISSO will set up a time to open the buses for everyone to eat lunch.
