[Intl-stu] lost item from festival

[International Students]

The AIS group that performed during the talent show has lost one of the
cowboy hats used during their performance.  This item was borrowed and
they would like it returned so they can return it to its rightful owner.
If you picked up a cowboy hat by accident at the Multicultural Festival
