[Intl-stu] CPT workshop

[International Students]

This Friday, September 10 we will host our first workshop on Curricular
Practical Training (CPT) employment for F-1 international students at
10am.

The location will be in the McDowell Administration building and room
will be announced upon confirmation of reservation. All F-1
international students are invited to attend the workshop to learn more
about their off-campus employment options available through CPT.

Curricular Practical Training (CPT) allows students who have internship
or research courses to obtain part-time or full-time paid work
experience outside the classroom. Because it works like a lab, CPT
employment dates are synchronized with a specific CPT course. To learn
more, please visit http://www.tamu-commerce.edu/international/cpt.asp.
