[Intl-stu] Students graduating or who have an assistantship in the fall

[International Students]

Students who will be graduating this fall 2010 or who have a full-time
graduate assistantship and will be taking lease than a full course of
study need to complete the Report Less than Required Hours form at
http://www.tamu-commerce.edu/international/forms.asp as soon as
possible.

 

USCIS requires all international students to enroll in a full course of
study- nine (9) semester credit hours for graduate students and twelve
(12) semester credit hours for undergraduate students- each fall and
spring semester with limited exceptions.  Students in their last
semester with only one or two classes or students with full-time
graduate assistantships may enroll in less than a full course of study
but they MUST submit the Report Less than Required Hours form prior to
the start of the semester.
