[Intl-stu] President's Picnic this evening

[International Students]

Don't miss the picnic with the President for all current and new
international students this evening at 6:30pm.  Due to limited parking
space we are asking students to use the shuttle and not drive their
personal vehicle. 

 

The picnic begins at 6:30 and the shuttle will be in front of the
McDowell Administration BA building around 6pm.  We will run the shuttle
until around 6:45 as we realize there is one or two late classes but
students need to plan on being in front of the BA as early as possible.
The shuttle to return to campus will begin to run around 7:45-8:00pm.
