[Intl-stu] Registrar to drop fall courses/ Welcome Party update

[International Students]

As you are aware, the Registrar's Office will drop all registered classes for student's who have failed to make payment of their tuition and fees on September 2.  You must cover at least ½ of your Fall tuition/fee charge to hold your schedule.  Payment for Fall tuition/fees must be made by 5:00PM  - September 2, 2008, to avoid cancellation of your Fall 2008 schedule.  

If you have added a class (or classes) since making an initial payment, you may need to make an additional payment as indicated above.  Please check your MyLeo today to confirm any outstanding balance you may owe.     

Payments can be made over the web via MyLeo, in person at the cashier window in the McDowell Administration Building, by mail or by telephone to 903-886-5050 or 903-886-5501.  Cashier hours are 8AM-5PM Monday-Friday and 8-12 Saturday.  A drop box is available in the McDowell lobby for after-hours payments.  Please refer all payment questions or concerns to the Bursar's Office at 903-886-5051.  

If your courses are dropped then this is a violation of your visa status so please take care of any outstanding balances today.  

 

 

 

The International Welcome Picnic will be located in the Texas Ballroom of the Memorial Student Center on Wednesday, September 3, from 6-9pm.  The food for the party will be provided by the ISSO, Indian Student Association, Chinese Student Association, and Thai Student Association.  We hope you can join us as we welcome back our current students and welcome new students.  We will have music and games throughout the evening.
