SUBJECT:  SUBJECT:  Picnic at the President's Home-Tuesday, October 16,
2007, 6pm

 

The President and Mrs. McFarland are hosting a picnic at their home on
Tuesday, October 16, at 6pm.

This picnic is given to welcome all international students to Fall 07
semester. Current students and new students are all invited. This picnic has
been an annual tradition for the President and his wife to express their
warm and sincere welcome to international students in the backyard of their
home.  

Please make your best effort to attend and express your appreciation.

 

Students who plan to attend the picnic should contact the ISSO to sign up no
later than 4 pm on Friday, October 12.

You can contact the ISSO by e-mail, phone, or come in person. We need the
count of students who plan to attend before 5 pm on Friday, October 12.

 

The International Student Services Office will provide free transportation
(University Van) to and from the picnic. If you need transportation please
inform us when you sign up.

 

The President' Home is located about 1.5 miles from the Whitley Hall, going
south on Highway 50, opposite side of Wal-Mart. It is the white brick house
with a long drive way and big yard.
