[Intl-stu] Proof of Insurance for Fall 07

[International Students]

SUBJECT:  Proof of Insurance for Fall 07

 

All international students are required to have proof of insurance coverage
for the semester they have registered for classes. Some students only have
proof of insurance for summer 07 but have already registered for fall 07
classes without submitting proof of insurance for Fall 07. If you are one of
these students, please submit your proof of insurance for fall 07 to the
International Student Services as soon as possible. You can submit fall 07
proof of insurance in person, FAX, or by e-mail attachment. Duration of Fall
07 insurance coverage must be at least from August 27 through December 15,
2007 or longer.

 

Failure to provide proof of Fall 07 insurance coverage will result in
classes registered for Fall 07 being dropped.
