[International Students]

SUBJECT:  Picnic at the President's Home-Tuesday, October 10, 2006, 6pm

 

The President and Mrs. McFarland are hosting a dinner picnic at their home
on Tuesday, October 10, at 6pm.

This picnic is given to welcome all international students to Fall 06
semester. Current students and new students are all invited. This picnic has
been an annual tradition for the President and his wife to express their
warm and sincere welcome to international students in the backyard of their
home.  

Please make your best effort to attend and express your appreciation.

 

Students who plan to attend the picnic should contact the ISSO to sign up no
later than 5 pm on Friday, October 6.

You can contact us by e-mail, phone, or come in person. We need the count of
students who plan to attend.

 

The International Student Services Office will provide a free transportation
(University van) to and from the picnic. If you need transportation please
inform us when you sign up. The University van will be ready for loading at
5:30pm in front of the BA building. Please be there on time.
