Subject: Reminder
Please read all messages but only take action on the one that applies to
you.
1. If you are a new student and Summer I-2005 is your first semester at
TAMU-Commerce, to keep your legal F-1 status, you MUST register for at least
1 course
(3 credit hours) in summer I-05. Failure to register for summer I-05 will
put you out-of-status and SEVIS will terminate you.
2. All international students (new or current) please remember that only ONE
Internet (Web) course per semester can be used to justify your full course
load, the other courses must be regular classroom base courses.
3. If you moved, you must report your change of address directly to the ISO
within 10 days of the change. The ISA will update your SEVIS record. To
update your address in the WEBTRAX alone does not get your SEVIS record
updated, you must do both. You can report your change of address online by
visiting our Home page
http://www7.tamu-commerce.edu/international/
<http://www7.tamu-commerce.edu/international/>
4. All students at TAMU-C have been assigned the university e-mail
addresses, please activate your new university e-mail address through the
WEBTRAX or contact CTIS for Help.
5. All international students are encouraged to visit the International
Student Website regularly for important immigration regulations and updates
from the ISO. You can also request some Online from our Home page.
Please add this to your favorite.
