SUBJECT: Report less than required credit hours

This is my LAST reminder for the spring 2005 semester for students who are
enrolled in less than your normal required credit hours.

To maintain your legal F-1 status, students must be enrolled in your
required hours (9 for graduates/12 for undergraduates).
If you are enrolled in less than your normal required credit hours for any
reasons whether it is because you are a 20 hours GA/TA; a student in the
last semester; a student registered in ZERO hour but working on an
incomplete project (595), thesis/dissertation; or other reasons, you must
notify us in writing the reason for taking less than your normal required
credit hours. You can do this by coming to the ISO to complete the yellow
Reduced Course Load Form or going online to complete the Report: Less Than
Required Hours and submit it to us.

Failure to provide your written report to the ISA by the SEVIS registration
deadline (February 16) will force the ISA to report you in SEVIS for taking
less than required credit hours without authorization, and therefore
out-of-status.
If you have already provided your report for the spring 2005, you will be
registered in SEVIS as maintaining your legal status and we thank you.
