SUBJECT: Incomplete Course
This message is for students who have registered in "ZERO" hours but are
working on an incomplete course such as 595, thesis, internship, or other
project and are planning to graduate at the end of this spring semester.
If this situation applies to you, you must report your zero hour in writing
to the International Student Office (ISO) as soon as possible before the
SEVIS registration deadline (February 16, 2005). You can do this by coming
in person to our office and complete the report or you can go online and
complete and submit the report.

If you do not provide the "zero hour report" to the ISO by the deadline, we
will not be able to register you in SEVIS on time. As a result, SEVIS will
automatically terminate you; you will become out-of-status and therefore not
eligible for OPT application.
Please DO NOT reply to this e-mail, click on the link above to send your
report.
