Dear (former) participant of the Humor Research Conference (in Northeast
Texas),

event!

We have updated the conference webpage by adding a draft schedule so you can
plan your travel and a registration website linked from the main conference

Registration

Regular registration is $40 until the end of January and $50 after that,
student registration is only $25. Please register as soon as possible to
facilitate our planning.

Airport Shuttle
For those who don¹t want to rent a car, we¹ll also provide limited shuttle
service to and from DFW and DAL airports on Friday morning and Sunday
afternoon. You can book the shuttle for $60 round trip on the registration
website. Please provide us with your flight details under remarks when you
register or send us a separate email once you have booked your flights:

Depart DFW 8:00am
Stop at DAL at 9:00am
Arrive at Best Western in Rockwall by 10:00am

Airport pickup 2, Fr 2/21
Depart DFW 11:00am
Stop at DAL at 12:00 noon
Arrive at Rockwall campus at 1:00pm

Airport dropoff, Su 2/23
Depart Rockwall campus at 1:00pm
Stop at DAL at 2:00pm
Arrive at DFW at 3:00pm

There might be a second dropoff trip later on Sunday afternoon if required
as well as other changes as long as they don¹t affect anyone¹s travel
negatively.

Lodging
Rooms have been reserved at the Best Western Plus, Rockwall Inn & Suites

approximately 2.5 miles from the Rockwall campus. The hotel offers a
complimentary shuttle to and from the Rockwall campus.
The conference rate is $79.99 for a King or two double beds and $99.99 for a
mini suite.
