<p class="MsoNormal">Good morning.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">The Graduate School has developed a digital (Laserfiche) dissertation process for students to use when submitting dissertation forms and documents. The new dissertation process includes digital routing of forms for signatures/approvals. <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">To help students who have already begun their dissertation process using the paper/email process, the Graduate School will complete the first form, the Dissertation Committee Selection form, so those students will be able to be integrated
into the new digital process. The Graduate School will be completing these forms on behalf of those students over the next two weeks. During the process, if a student’s committee needs revisions (e.g., a member is no longer available), the student will be
notified to submit a new committee form. Students will receive notification once their committee form has been approved through the digital process.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Faculty and administrators who are currently a member or major advisor on a doctoral student’s committee will receive an email notification requesting you to “Review and Acknowledge” to indicate your approval to continue serving in the
