occurred, then complete the <a href="http://www.tamuc.edu/academics/graduateSchool/faculty/GraduateStudentAcademicDishonestyForm.pdf">
Graduate Student Academic Dishonesty Form</a> and submit the form to the Dean of Graduate Studies. The Graduate School Academic Dishonesty Form can be found on the Graduate School Forms & Guidelines webpage.
