[GradFacultyStaff] New Graduate Certificate Process and Information

Everyone,
The Graduate Certificates application process has changed starting in the Fall 2020 semester.  All students (new or current) who wish to pursue a graduate certificate must apply using the Apply Texas<https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=https-3A__www.applytexas.org_adappc_gen_c-5Fstart.WBX&d=DwIFAg&c=oqyuZuih6ykib6aKiBq22_bich4AVfYGoLertJN0bEc&r=KtLC6TGvdNi7gCheSrvEERWEWRfoTePnKhJ10eEhuIg&m=ACYsDMRRfJPVB3dLfYId5kSRvGRH50k1SMEtDs_5cFE&s=Qvz0mooTIasu_o0D_aDLoXyHNyu4mAcFMa-K8JQVQX8&e= > application.  The Apply Texas application must be submitted for each graduate certificate a student wishes to pursue, even if the graduate certificate will be completed within a master's program.  If a student has already been admitted to a graduate certificate program, the student does not need to submit a new application.

Each graduate certificate has been assigned a program code (degree code and major code) and will show on data reports with a degree code of GRCT and then the specific graduate certificate major code (example: GRCT-GCOE).  Please let me know if you have questions.
