Below is a list of upcoming important dates and deadlines for graduate students.

Fall 2019

*         December 13, 2019 - Fall 2019 graduate commencement

*         December 16, 2019 - First class day for Winter Mini
Spring 2020

*         January 13, 2020 - Spring 2020 graduation applications are available online through myLEO

*         There are two start dates for Spring 2020 graduate classes: January 13, 2020 and January 30, 2020. Please check the
Schedule of Classes<https://appsprod.tamuc.edu/Schedule/Schedule.aspx> to verify graduate course start dates

*         March 27, 2020 - Last day for students to defend a final thesis or dissertation

*         April 3, 2020 - Last day for students to submit a final thesis or dissertation and all related documents to the Graduate School/TDS for those who are planning to graduate in Spring 2020

*         April 3, 2020 - Last day for departments to submit master's/specialist comprehensive examination reports for Spring
2020 to the Graduate School

*         April 24, 2020 - Last day for students to submit a thesis or dissertation proposal and all related documents for Spring 2020 approval to the Graduate School/TDS

*         May 8, 2020 - Spring 2020 Graduate Commencement
