[EcoFinSociety] G.A.M.E. VI Forum NYC

[Joy Nichols]

If you are interested in attending, email eobaseki at leomail.tamuc.edu by
Wednesday (2/10) night. We have to register next week. We are trying to
get the price down to $600 or $700 like last year, but we need to know how
many people are interested in order to do that.

Estimated cost based on double occupancy: $1000 per person includes:
$225 Conference
$425 Hotel
$350 Airfare

Not included:

   - Transportation to/from airport in Dallas or NYC (we can carpool in TX
   and share taxis in NY)
   - Meals (last year they served breakfast, but we are not sure if they
will do the same this year)
   - Any entertainment you choose in NYC

We will fly out of DFW the morning of 3/30.
We will stay 3 nights at the New York Hilton Midtown.
We will fly back to DFW the night of 4/2.

Forum schedule is on the last page of the attached PDF.
