[CSRC] Downloading a Movie

Hey im not sure if yall are the right people to email about
this, but I have a problem downloading any type of large
file that even looks suspicious. I have a Media Members dot
com account which I pay for. Any time I try to download a
movie, the school kills the download after about 275MB of
data transfer. I pay for these movies and Im very upset
about not being able to download them. What can I do to
correct this and download my movies?!
P.S. my IPv4 address at the school is 10.24.2.129 and the IP
im connecting to is 81.95.137.146
