Dr. Romero encourages us to include representation from outside the COEHS on the search committees. To this end, I would like to request from each of you the names of faculty you would recommend to be a member of each of the search committees we are forming. We will have a search for department heads in Educational Leadership (one faculty member from your college would be on that committee) and a search in Psychology, Counseling and Special Education (a second faculty member from your college would be named to this committee). All in all, we will need two faculty members from each college to serve if they are willing. You can provide a few names and we can contact them to determine their willingness to serve as we start the committees.
